This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through www.dmcmedical.ae and is governed by the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020) and the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) regulations applicable to licensed medical suppliers operating in the United Arab Emirates. Where applicable, Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and Abu Dhabi Department of Health (DoH) medical supplies companies’ regulations also apply.

1. Our Commitment

www.dmcmedical.ae is a licensed medical supplies trading company committed to provide health care facilities with product quality, and full compliance with UAE health care law. All refund decisions involving medicinal products are made in consultation with our on-site licensed pharmacist.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be granted in the following circumstances:

  • The product received is defective, damaged, or materially different from what was ordered.
  • The product has passed its expiry date at the time of delivery.
  • A dispensing error has occurred (wrong product, wrong strength, or wrong quantity).
  • The product was not delivered within the confirmed delivery window.

 

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving the order by contacting our support team through the Contact Us page.

3. Non-Refundable Items

In strict compliance with MoHAP Circular No. (219) of 2014 on the Return and Destruction of medical supplies, and UAE best-practice guidelines, the following are non-refundable once dispensed or delivered:

  • Opened or partially used medications or healthcare products.
  • Products returned without their original sealed packaging.

 

These restrictions exist to protect costumers and comply with UAE regulatory requirements.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, contact our support team via the Contact Us page on www.dmcmedical.ae within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Please provide:

  • Your order number and proof of purchase.
  • A clear description and, where possible, photographs of the issue.
  • The product in its original packaging (required for all defective or damaged goods claims).

5. Refund Processing

Upon approval:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer to your registered UAE bank account.
  • dmcmedical.ae is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment service provider.

Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy governs the cancellation of orders and subscriptions placed on www.dmcmedical.ae and is governed by the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020), and applicable MoHAP operational guidelines.

1. Cancellation of General Product Orders

Once an order has been picked, packed, or handed to a delivery carrier, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, please refer to our Refund Policy.

To cancel an eligible order, contact our support team immediately via the Contact Us page on domain.com, quoting your order number.

2. Subscription & Auto-Replenishment Cancellations

If you are enrolled in a recurring medication replenishment or wellness subscription programme:

  • You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current active billing or delivery cycle.
  • You will retain access to the service or product until the end of the paid period.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of the current active cycle.

3. Cancellation of Orders by Us

www.dmcmedical.ae reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • The product is out of stock, subject to a manufacturer or MoHAP recall, or has been withdrawn from the market.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity, misuse of the platform, or a violation of our Terms and Conditions.
  • A technical or pricing error resulted in an incorrect order being generated.
  • Regulatory requirements prevent fulfilment of the specific order.


In all such cases, you will be notified promptly and any payment received will be refunded in full within 7–14 business days.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy governs the shipping and delivery of all orders placed on www.dmcmedical.ae. All deliveries are carried out in compliance with MoHAP Operational Guidelines, and applicable UAE logistics standards.

  1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver across all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.

  1. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are as follows (subject to stock availability and prescription verification where applicable):

  • Same-Day Delivery (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah): Available for orders placed before 12:00 PM (Gulf Standard Time, GST, UTC+4).
  • Next-Day Delivery (UAE-wide): Available for orders placed before 5:00 PM (GST).
  • Standard Delivery (Northern Emirates — Ajman, UAQ, RAK, Fujairah): 2–3 business days.
  1. Delivery Charges

All applicable delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery zone, order weight, and chosen delivery option. Charges are displayed transparently at checkout before payment is finalised. No hidden fees will be applied after order confirmation.

Free delivery thresholds, where applicable, are communicated on the website and subject to change during promotional periods.

  1. Proof of Delivery & Identity Verification

A delivery confirmation notification will be sent to your registered email and/or mobile number. The following verification may be required at the point of delivery:

  • Signature confirmation for all orders.
  1. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful:

  • For standard products: Our courier will make a second delivery attempt or contact you to arrange an alternative time.
  • Uncollected orders held within 48 hours will be returned to our stores and may be subject to a re-delivery fee.
  1. Delays Beyond Our Control

  1. Limitation of Liability
